We are a print-on-demand company. Every product is made to order, with love. We print in-house and use trusted manufacturing partners for a portion of order fulfillment. We reserve the right to ship items separately if an unforeseen delay comes from one of our third parties.
Order Processing
Apparel takes 3-5 business days to create. In some cases, due to item backorder, there may be a slight delay (usually no more than 7 additional days).
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number at the email or phone number you provided at checkout. Contact us if you have questions about your order.
Shipping Rates (U.S.)
Standard shipping is $4.90 for orders up to 5 lbs and $19.90 for heavier orders. Free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at checkout: $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb and $9.90 for orders between 1 and 5 lbs.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Important
We are not responsible for postal carrier issues such as lost or stolen packages or incorrectly provided shipping addresses. If your tracking shows your package was successfully delivered, responsibility shifts to the carrier and not Retro Black.
