Retro Black is built different. Every piece is made to order and printed with care, so you’re getting something fresh, not pulled off a pile.

How are Retro Black products made?
Everything is made to order. We print in house and work with select manufacturing partners on a portion of orders. On occasion we may ship items in one order separately so nothing holds up the rest of your shipment.

How long until my order ships?
Because each piece is made to order, production runs 3 to 5 business days before your order leaves us. If an item is on backorder, it may add a few days, and we’ll let you know if that happens.

How do you ship, and how long is delivery?
We ship via USPS (First Class or Priority). Once production is done, domestic delivery typically lands within a few business days. Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. Every order moves in the order it comes in.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking number to the email or phone you used at checkout. Don’t see it? Check your spam folder or reach out and we’ll find it.

Tracking says delivered but I don’t have it.
Once USPS marks a package delivered, it’s in their hands. Lost or stolen packages, or orders sent to an incorrect address, are not the responsibility of Retro Black. If something looks off, contact us and we’ll help you open a carrier claim.

Can I return or exchange?
All sales are final since everything is made to order, with a few exceptions. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. We don’t offer exchanges, so check the size guide before you order. Full details are on our Return/Refund Policy page.
