Return/Refund Policy

 

Every item is made to order, so we keep our policy simple and clear.

Are returns or refunds available?
All sales are final, with a few exceptions. We’ll issue a refund if:

We cancel your order.
An item sells out after you ordered it.
Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and you contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To start a claim, email willt@retroblack.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item.

How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds can take up to 15 business days to post, depending on your bank.

Do you offer exchanges?
Because every piece is made to order, we don’t offer exchanges. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering so you land the right fit the first time.
