Shipping Policy
We are a print-on-demand company. All products are made to order, with love. We print in-house and use outsourced manufacturers for a portion of order fulfillment. We reserve the right to ship items separately should an unforeseen delay come from one of our third parties.
Order Processing
Apparel takes between 3-5 business days to create. In some cases, due to item backorder, there may be a slight delay (usually of no more than 7 additional days).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email or cell phone number you provided during checkout. Contact us if you have questions about your order.
Shipping
We ship via USPS (first class or priority).
$3.99 per single item and $1.50 for every additional item.
Expedited shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping at this time.
Important
We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrectly provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered," then it becomes the responsibility of the post office and not that of Retro Black.
